When you visit this website
We do not keep access logs, and we use no analytics, advertising or social media tools. The pages load nothing from other websites.
To deliver a page, our server has to process your IP address and the technical details your browser sends. If a technical error occurs, the error log can contain your IP address. These logs are overwritten automatically and are used only to keep the website secure and working. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you email us
We process your email address, your name and the content of your message to answer you and follow up. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering questions, or steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR). We keep this correspondence as long as needed to handle your message and any follow-up, and at most two years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Who processes data for us
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) hosts this website on servers in Helsinki, Finland.
- Combell NV (Belgium) hosts our email.
Both process data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data and do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and does not track you. When you close the cookie notice, your browser remembers that in its local storage, so the notice does not come back. That note contains no personal data and is never sent to us. You can remove it by clearing this website’s data in your browser.
If we start using cookies that need consent, we will update this notice and ask for your consent first.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your personal data, and to correct, delete or restrict it. You can also object to processing and ask for a copy of your data in a structured format. Email hello@semivaro.com; we answer within one month.
